Crozier Designs was commissioned for this project after the client had seen another home in the area that was previously developed. The existing house was an 1980's spec built Cape Cod style partial two storey home that had low ceilings and small spaces that didn't take advantage of a large property. The clients were looking for a modern home that would fit into the context of a community with largely traditional homes. We looked to develop a home that could sit between a traditional context and a modern aesthetic and style of living. Major renovations and additions were required to meet the needs of this family of five with additions to the second floor and family room and a garage addition as well. Almost all of the home was re-worked to give an updated and upscale rework of what was a modest home.

This was a fun project with clients who were looking to change the feeling and efficiency of large suburban home. The client was looking to take an already attractive home to a higher level. Crozier Designs was hired to give direction to possibilities within the existing space to re-work the 'living' part of the home of kitchen, mudroom, family office, family room, pantry, back decks and create a space with presence and a 'WOW' factor that met the family's needs.

A post mid-century-modern home that wraps a century stone farmhouse reworked to allow light in and better traffic flow for a busy family of five.

This was the ensuite in a three bathroom project we completed for a client! They decided on the Hollywood wall mount vanity and the Delta Vero faucet for a sleek and modern look. When we chose the colour for this custom vanity we pulled from the veining throughout the flooring.
